About Deep South Originals, LLC

My story is different than others, but it is truly a blessing. I had never picked up a pencil to draw a stickman, much less to design a piece of jewelry. Established in 2010, I made wood crosses with a friend that were beaded on top. With the leftover beads, I created earrings, and a friend who owned a local boutique sold my creations. It was fun and nothing serious. One day, I accompanied her to a market in Atlanta, where a sales rep in a showroom asked me several times where I got the bracelet on my arm. I was too shy to answer that it was from me, but I eventually told her that the rest was history. I took a break for several years to raise my children and, in August of 2025, decided to leap back into wholesale. Deep South Originals-wholesale blossomed, embracing the latest trends along the way. This small-town girl from the MS Delta quickly learned much about the market and fashion. The relationships I created with people I met along the way are one of my most valued treasures. I love meeting new people and helping them build their businesses. Deep South Originals embodies southern heritage by expressing handcrafted pieces rich in character and unique design.
