About Paiya Athleisure

The brand name Paiya was inspired from the Buddhist word Upaya which translates to “suited to the place or situation”. Movement has been a part of my lifestyle for as long as I can remember. Having worn activewear most of my life, between being a personal trainer and a health/ fitness enthusiast, I saw there was a gap in the market for affordable, yet high quality active-wear. I created Paiya to fit easily into our daily routines, helping every woman feel confident and stylish all while maintaining an affordable price point. Every piece you see from my collection has been designed with comfort and exceptional quality in mind. Paiya was designed with normal humans in mind. For the busy mom, the yogi, and the social butterfly. One day you might wear leggings + a bra to pilates, or maybe it’s Sunday, and you were feeling joggers + an oversized tee to lounge.
