HTY Foods brings family and friends together, making memories and sharing delicious heritage foods from Taiwan, one bite at a time. In 1967, Mr. Hsin-Fu Mai and Mrs. Su Wuan Mai opened their first store Hsin Tung Yang on Wu Chan Road in Taipei, selling handcrafted, made-to-order shredded pork and BBQ. With demand being high for these tasty treats, Mr. Mai opened more stores across Taiwan making Hsin Tung Yang a popular household name. In 1977, Hsin Tung Yang Foods opened doors in San Francisco to serve the Asian-American community across North America. Headquartered in San Francisco we make all of our delicious meat snacks in a state-of-the-art USDA approved facility in Nebraska.
