In fact, our family has always kept the precious secret of how to create the authentic 'ros solis', literally 'dew of the sun', which we have decided to reproduce with a broader vision. The color of each label represents a taste, a unique flavor, which we obtain from artisanal processes that, through maceration, infusion, decoction, retain the best and the good of every single raw material used, carefully selected.
