After moving to the UK in 1999, Company founder, Donald Dodson had the vision of sharing his passionate love of Southern African food. His search floundered as he was being let down with poor quality and badly produced products - his search for authenticity and the traditional mouth-watering taste continued. Through trial and error “lots of error” South African Food now produce the finest award winning Biltong in the UK. Our modern purpose built factory, based in Hampshire, is now run and operated by Donald Dodson's son Neil Dodson. The popular products are sold in the historic village market in Petersfield UK, and have done so since 2002 - a legacy left by Donald
