"I just want to make good coffee." In 2017, that phrase launched what would become Manbot Coffee Roasters. Started by two guys who spent years waiting tables, tending bar, playing in bands and winding in and out of each other's lives, Manbot was born out of a desire to roast amazing coffee while creating community and eliminating the pretension that often accompanies third-wave coffee. We strive to bring the best out of each coffee we roast, while making it accessible to the greatest number of people. We don't judge on how you prepare or drink your coffee, we just want you to drink good coffee, and we hope you drink ours. Read their story
