The Beale Hot Sauce company is a veteran family owned condiment manufacturer and distributor based out of Sacramento, CA. We launched our products November 1, 2017 and currently feature our three signature flavors of hot sauce products. Beale Sauce is a tasty variety solution for condiment shoppers that enhances every culinary experience with its: Bold spice blend Varying heat levels (mild, medium, hot) Low sodium The Schmuckatelli mild sauce is a tangy blend of sweet mini bells, peaches, and touch of fresno chillies designed for the not so spicy consumer. The Sergeant Sauce medium heat is made with straight fresno chillies and is a great "everyday" sauce that pairs with a large variety of dishes. Lastly, the Gunny Fire hot sauce is made with Thai chillies and adds a flavorful heat to meals. Our slogan is "Enhance your meal with Beale" as we desire to be a compliment to a dish and not overpower an individual palate with scorching heat that overwhelms the mouth. Each sauce has a unique flavor that pairs well with an endless variety of dishes.
