By Mari macarons to remain fresh and stored properly after they arrive to your location. Please put your macarons in the freezer upon arrival (unless you are serving them that day). They can be stored in the freezer for 3-6 months. We recommend that macarons be stored in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. Please let your macarons come to room temperature prior to serving. This may take 15 minutes out of the refrigerator and 30 minutes out of the freezer. We would suggest that you keep the macarons out at room temperature for 3-4 hours at a time.
