Foterra captures the beauty of nature in a keepsake photo jewelry piece. Free branded displays! Custom jewelry upon request :) The jewelry collection celebrates the world’s stunning beauty through landscape photography and complementary design. The result are pieces of wearable photographic art. Each sterling silver or 14k gold framed piece is cured in resin making it waterproof, durable and slightly transparent. This translucency allows the sun to shine through making it luminous and bright. Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. All original photography is taken by Foterra’s community of professional photographers. This labor of love was created by the husband and wife design team Morgan Astern (Jewelry Designer) and Josh Astern (Photographer). Following her creative passions and inspired by the beauty of the natural world, Morgan began designing jewelry in 2009. Morgan’s most recent collection was born out of Josh’s exploration in photography and she began incorporating his work into her jewelry pieces. The vivid colors and engaging composition of each image inspired Morgan to create this photo-jewelry line of wearable art pieces. This accidental collaboration turned into a compelling passion for both. In their free time, the two can be found adventuring, taking photos and gathering inspiration from their wonderful home on the Island of Oahu. Custom jewelry design options upon request.
