About Arona Natural Fragrance

Arona was founded by female entrepreneur Nora Irwin. Arona is based in the picturesque seaside town of Youghal, Co. Cork. Ireland. As a child Nora and her sister grew up surrounded by amazing fragrances as a relative of theirs worked as a perfume formulator for a large Fragrance House in New York and they became accustomed to receiving parcels of perfume from New York. They grew up surrounded by amazing fragrance and grew to appreciate fine fragrance. It was a combination of being inspired by nature and her love of perfume that Nora resolved to study fragrance formulation and to establish a perfume and skincare company that encapsulates everything nature has to offer. Nora studied perfumery in London and in collaboration with perfumers from the Grasse region of France she is now responsible for formulating all the fragrances used in ARONA products. She takes pride in formulating and designing all ARONA products in Ireland, embodying a commitment to quality, sustainability, and a touch of Irish innovation. Read their story
