About Dusti Rhoads

Let me introduce myself. My name is Leslie Cross and I own Dusti Rhoads, along with my husband Ben. The two of us have worked in the western retail space for the last 30+ years. I have always dreamed of having my own line of western products and in 2019 that dream came to reality when we launched Dusti Rhoads. We are truly a family owned business. My daughter Dalli is in charge of our shipping department, my daughter Cady does all of our design work, and both my brother Wes and my mom work in our warehouse. I just had a new grandbaby last year and I'm sure as soon as she gets big enough she will be working right alongside of us! We are a faith based company as well. While we never want to force our beliefs on anyone, we do believe in Jesus Christ and you will often see that reflected in our designs as well as promoted on our social media. We want to show the love of Jesus to everyone that we come in contact with. When we say "western" we mean it! I grew up working on my grandpa's farm/ranch and traveling with him in the summertime as he contracted rodeos. I met my husband Ben because he was a bronc rider and got on quite a few of my grandpa's horses. My husband still loves to team rope and we always have a few cattle around for that purpose. My daughter Dalli and her husband own a farm and my daughter Cady and her husband own a feedlot and a some mother cows as well. We know how to design truly western things because we live the lifestyle everyday!Read their story
