Petits Terrens are handmade ceramics, tender and poetic, for young and old. In my workshop located near Vannes in Morbihan, I make decorative or utility creations, in stoneware and porcelain, inspired by nature and childhood dreams. Through my creations, I aspire to awaken, from an early age, to the beauty and fragility of our earth, to transmit the desire to take care of it, with humanity, tenderness and poetry. I am committed to creating creations to share and transmit, around which beautiful stories and precious memories will be written! I work with stoneware and porcelain. Each creation is unique, shaped, modelled and illustrated by hand. Decor is central to my creative approach. I work with engobes that I make, then illustrate my ceramics with the sgraffito technique or with a brush. The decorations regularly increase in volume with the modeling of small characters who can find their place on my creations, made by lathe, plate or modeling. The creations are then fired a first time at 980°C, then enamelled and fired a second time at 1270°C, which gives them robustness and impermeability. My colors being provided by engobes, my enamels are generally neutral, bringing a touch of texture to the creations. Great discovery of my universe!
