About Shrub!

Shrub! is a vinegar-based fruit syrup that can be used like a vinegar for fruity salad dressings and like a syrup to mix refreshing sodas. It consists of just three ingredients: fruit, organic apple cider vinegar and sugar. Shrub is traditionally produced according to a 200-year-old recipe and therefore comes completely WITHOUT flavoring additives. Shrub can be kept for 3 years, even if it is open. It does not have to be kept cool. Shrub is produced by Schuster's specialties, a family business from Bavaria. In this small factory, the syrup is still bottled by hand Shrub is mainly sold in delicatessen shops, delicatessen shops and concept stores, often owner-managed.
