I ordered a light fixture in August. I tried to cancel the order multiple times when I was noticed AFTER the purchase that shipping was prolonged (6+ weeks) with the first cancel request WITHIN 48H of purchase. I was told this could not be cancelled as it was a custom order. Once again- not advertised as a custom order and that is why the shipping was prolonged. Obviously just client had deadlines and this delay wouldn’t work. Now I’m stuck with no option for refund/return. BEWARE!
