About L'atelier De Ligny

The adventure began in 1987 at Les Chaumes de Ligny in Saint Benin des Bois, the year during which Marie Christine and Richard decided to start breeding, force-feeding, slaughtering, processing, canning and marketing duck meat. They were able to create high quality products that they successfully marketed for 20 years. During this period, the Chaumes de Ligny products acquired a solid reputation, thus retaining a large number of customers. In 2007, Marie Christine took a well-deserved retirement and in the absence of a buyer, the activity ceased, to the great desolation of her customers. In May 2020, his eldest son, Ivan, finding it regrettable to see such a beautiful company disappear decided with his wife Lydie to resume the manufacture of jars in the historic structure of Les Chaumes de Ligny and find new markets. Indeed, the return to authentic products is in full news... L'ATELIER DE LIGNY was born!!!
