Very disappointed to see that the difference in size between the Medium and the Large is MINIMAL. I cannot justify selling the Large coffee wood sticks for $3 more than the Mediums. Will not purchase again.

Julia, We prioritize product quality and store service, and supply to over 200 satisfied stores. I am sorry that you had an issue with the sizing of the few L that you ordered. In that batch (which we have sold through), the L for some of the units may have been a little smaller than our norm, while still being clearly larger than the size M. We take both length and diameter into account across our 4 sizes to ensure fit with dog size and chew style. Even though this is an all-natural product, the sizes are generally in line with our size chart averages (M = 7”x1.4”; L = 7.5”x1.8”). We have not received a single complaint from a store or customer across the thousands of this batch of size L that we have sold nationwide, except for your review. Had you contacted me directly with any issue you had, I would have been pleased to take the product back. It is regrettable that you did not call or email me, and instead just wrote this review.
