About Bayfield Provisions

Bayfield Provisions is a boutique granola bakery that started in 2017 in the village of Bayfield, Ontario, selling at local farmer’s markets and general stores. We are two sisters who have deep roots in the world of restaurants, cooking and baking, and our bakery can now be found in Toronto’s east end. Our granolas are made honouring traditions and flavours learned in the kitchens of our mum, a cookbook author, restaurant owner and wonderful home chef, and our lovely gran, who worked in kitchens and bakeries her whole life, and whose delicious treats are still missed every day at teatime.Read their story
