About FreeBird Tees

I began making tshirts in September 2020 for myself and my girls. That turned into making shirts for family, then friends, and the rest, as they say, is history. I am a wife, mother of 5, and a part-time paralegal looking to go full-time of living my crafty little heart’s dream. When searching for a name for my business in the beginning I struggled. And then it just hit me, and so FreeBird Tees was created. My business is named after my dad - his CB handle many years ago was Free Bird. He become very sick in November of 2020 and we soon found out he had lung cancer, amongst other health issues. He passed in January 2021. My mom has joked that I am now “Free Bird”. I suppose I am.
