Founded in 2019, Seaweed Kings is a family-owned-and-operated small business that is proud to offer accessible, high quality, sustainable seaweed products that are rich in macronutrients, antioxidants and a healthy food alternative. Seaweed Kings is committed to strengthening our fishing communities in coastal Maine, which is why we employ local seaweed harvesters in our sustainable seafood operations. We believe supporting Maine’s local seafood community is crucial to preserving our unique marine culture for future generations. Today, we offer two types of edible seaweed, Purple Irish Sea Moss and Dulse, and Rockweed, which is primarily used as an organic seaweed fertilizer and animal feed supplement.
