There are 5 flavours and each one has a functional benefit,. Body Boost, Brain Boost, Veggie Boost, Gut Boost and Immune Boost. They are in powder form and all contain Australian grown fruits and vegetables as well as super foods such as chia, prebiotics, vitamins and organic brown rice protein plus other superfoods.
