Ella Shae created the memoir, From Broken to Beautifully Broken to give the world a peek into the mind of someone struggling with mental health issues, everyday life challenges as an adult and mother, as a wife and daughter and how she chose to find the beauty in what she thought had broken here. “My hope is that I can be the voice for those not ready to speak and one day they will become the voice for the next person and eventually the stigma on mental health will be silenced with ALL of our voices! Mental Health IS Health!” This is not your typical "self-help" book. It's a raw, relatable, memoir with purpose. It's about resilience and taking back the power in your own journey. My merchandise is all handmade and all proceeds from that goes straight to a completely free virtual program called THE LOTUS where I help those suffering find their freedom The Lotus was created with the entire self in mind. It is intended to be the safe space those suffering mentally or emotionally may need. It is a space that allows people to use their voices without judgement or shame.
