As an Olympic athlete, Kris Buchanan spent decades consuming artificial sports drinks. They promised peak performance but were loaded with sugar and dyes. When she experienced the negative effects of them in the form of mineral imbalances, autoimmune disorders, and hypoglycemia, it drove her to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and search for better ways to stay hydrated. When crafting Organic Hydration™, Kris was inspired by natural springs and their ratio of minerals to water. What she found was a delicate balance—without dyes, sugars, or chemicals. That validated her commitment to organic ingredients and natural practices. We’re proud our product is glyphosate-free and made from ingredients of the highest quality.
