About Verdant Bloom Botanicals
I started making soap because I couldn't find one that worked on my own skin. Everything gentle enough not to react was too soft to clean; everything that cleaned left me tight for an hour. So I started reading ingredient labels the way you read a lease agreement when something feels off. What I found wasn't great. Verdant Bloom came out of that — a small line built around specific skin problems rather than scents. Fewer options, all of them intentional. I make every batch myself in Georgetown, Texas. Why it works on a shelf: once someone finds the bar that finally works on their skin, they stop experimenting and start reordering. Milk & Honey is our most bulk-purchased bar; Tranquil Bloom the one sensitive-skin customers come back for most. PLEASE READ — TIMING Everything is made to order. I don't keep backstock, so your soap is made after you order rather than pulled off a shelf. Plan on about six weeks: a few days of production, a firm four-week cure, then packing and transit. The cure is what makes a bar hard and long-lasting instead of one that dissolves in a week on your customer's sink. The delivery estimate at the top of this page runs wider than that — Faire calculates it conservatively, which I'd rather than the reverse. Six weeks is my real number, and I'll message you if yours will run long. Orders ship complete, but I'm glad to split one — just ask. For a holiday floor set, order by early September.
