Tenuta Chiaramonte has a dominant position over the beautiful Irminio Valley in the Province of Ragusa, a “breathtaking” view of the Mediterranean Sea a few kilometers away, 99 hectares of totally organic cultivation, 20,000 olive trees with traditional rows, 6 cultivars (among which Tonda Iblea and Moresca dominate), state-of-the-art structure and mill, temperature controlled cell and silos in stainless steel under nitrogen, bottling area, manual harvesting with very careful selection of olives in the field to guarantee only the highest quality of the product. We produce high quality, organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil because we believe in nature and in returning to the origins, we believe in the properties of real Extra Virgin Olive Oil, in a market that is now more competitive How qualitative, but with vision and a timid return to the origins.
