About Us – The Marina & Markus Bitzen Family Welcome to our family, the Bitzen family! We stand with passion, expertise, and genuine conviction behind the Jagdhaus Wildgenuss. Our heart beats for wild game specialties from the Eifel – and you can taste it in every bite. We are Markus Bitzen, a hunter and wild game chef by conviction, and Marina Bitzen, family manager, hotel business economist, and certified wine connoisseur (sommelier). Together with our three girls and dog Laika – our strict product tester – we live and work every day for genuine wild game enjoyment. You can find our wild game products not only in our online shop but also at many grocery retailers in the region (e.g., REWE and EDEKA). We are proud that our quality convinces and more and more people are discovering the difference from conventional meat. In Harmony with Nature For us, it is clear: high-quality wild game meat is only available if we live and act in harmony with nature.
