Nest's story began in 2002 when we opened our doors as a gorgeous boutique gift shop in a leafy suburb of Leicestershire, and we have been serving our wonderful, and very loyal, customers ever since. These days we serve a wider audience which spans worldwide yet we have stayed true to our original concept of offering beautiful gifts from the best that each artisan and small, often UK based, company can offer. Beyond sourcing gifts for our retail outlets and website, we are also designer makers and have a growing collection of gorgeous products that we have designed and made ourselves, for Nest and for wholesaling. The beauty of this is we have created and curated a range which is customer led in design, and price, using the knowledge we have understood from listening to our customers needs. Our vision is always the same - to offer beautiful, thoughtful products that serve our customers' needs that work in today's market. We take great pride in being a company that is passionate about offering the best customer service that we can and treating each customer, product and package with the care and attention that they deserve. We are a small team, and each and every order is picked and packed carefully by one of us, and we are the same team that also hand make the jewellery, engrave the products, research the trends, and most importantly continue to create customer led products.Read their story
