About CHÂTEAU DE MALHERBES

Château de Malherbes is a wine estate located on the right bank of Bordeaux. Suspended from the roofs of the wine capital, Malherbes offers a natural setting where the vine takes full advantage of the advantages offered by the terroir. When the property was bought back in 2014, the vineyard took a real qualitative shift. The work in the vineyards is meticulous: natural grassing, yield control, sustainable agriculture that respects the environment, agroforestry... The construction of a gravity cellar (HVE certified) has also greatly contributed to the qualitative shift. From the arrival of the grapes in the cellar to the bottling, our berries and the nectar they give benefit from the natural difference in altitude of the land. This process is then less traumatic for the grapes, which makes it possible to create a wine of very high quality, worthy of the greatest vintages.
