Amy Pincus is an attorney who has made a life change to fulfill a passion for baking. During the pandemic, Amy was working in the law and, while still remote, baking just to feed her soul. As ingredients were scarce, and, she was baking more than her family could eat, she posted online. “If you bring an ingredient, you can have whatever has been baked that day”. Before long, strangers began showing up at her doorstep with a dozen eggs or a bag of flour. Then, they began requesting custom baked goods of their own. The rest, as they say, is history. In July 2021, Amy left her job as a lawyer and turned to baking full time. She has left her home kitchen and moved into a state of the art commercial kitchen. Amy now supplies desserts, sweet and savory gourmet rugulah, gluten free desserts and more to restaurants, gourmet shops, and grocery stores. Read their story
