Brownie Snaps are the creation of Lisa, The Yummy Yank. After nearly 20 years of supplying some of the finest, authentically American brownies and cakes, Lisa wanted a product that could be packaged but which still represented the quality ethic and taste of her brownies. So, Brownie Snaps were born - after two years of experimentation! Containing nothing but the finest ingredients, no preservatives, yet having a 9 month shelf life from production, they are a snappy, very chocolatey little cookie - full of flavour. They are great as they are, for dipping, dunking, crumbling or (Lisa's favourite!) using as an edible spoon with ice cream
