About Utta Nutta

Utta Nutta is a small‑batch nut butter range handmade in Salisbury, Wiltshire. I began making peanut butter in my kitchen when I couldn’t find one that tasted how I felt it should - deeply roasted, rich and full of flavour. Friends and family loved it, so I simply kept making it the same way to this day. Each batch is made using traditionally hand‑roasted nuts and Himalayan salt. The nuts are milled while still warm, which helps retain their natural smoky, salted‑caramel flavour without the need for added sugar, palm oil or other oils. Utta Nutta is stocked by a growing number of independent farm shops, butchers and delis, as well as select London food stores, where customers are looking for genuinely distinctive, small‑batch products. The range includes Original and Crunchy Peanut Butter, alongside Cashew Butter made using the same traditional process. Utta Nutta Cashew Butter was recently awarded 2 stars at the Great Taste Awards. Read their story
