When the founder of Ukje, Sifra Geijtenbeek, had her first child, she saw how sticky the seats of her little one became. She made a cover for the seat. And the 2nd hand seat with faided colours became not only as new, but also very quick to clean. Sifra's goal was to give this solution also to other families. Her company UKJE saw daylight! UKJE means baby in Dutch. Sifra wants other families to enjoy family life without stressing about sticky seats. She wants to motivate parents to buy 2nd hand and refurbish their 2nd hand seats. UKJE's mission? For Happy Families - In this and next generations. By using an UKJE cover you do not only extend the lifetime of the seat, UKJE donates 20% of its profit to families in need.
