Based in rural Worcestershire, in the heart of the United Kingdom, cariceprints… is a small artisan printmaking business. Carice is inspired by the landscape and wildlife of her rural locality. She creates beautiful, timeless pieces of useful and wearable art. “A winter walk through stubbly fields often results in armfuls of dried out seed heads. Think teasels, hogweed, grasses, poppy seeds, twigs and ferns… some of the hedgerow pickings that inspire my designs. Using traditional screen printing craftsmanship, I capture these images in graphic silhouettes .
