About Burnt Sugar

Burnt Sugar is a small, woman-owned and operated confectionery based out of Long Lake, Minnesota. We specialize in artisan candies including caramels, nougats, and brittle. Our goal is to bring back the artistry that was found in old-fashioned candy making and combine it with new contemporary flavors. We want you to taste the soul we put into our confections, a quality of care you’ll never find in a mass-produced candy. Other things to note: *We produce out of a small shared kitchen and everything is made by hand in small batches. Due to this, we have limited stock on hand, but are constantly in production. Sometimes we have more on hand than we list on Faire. Please don't hesitate to reach out for an estimated turn around for your order! *A note about shipping: Caramel and heat don't mix well (outside of the pot that is.) Late spring through early fall, we will ship with insulated packaging and ice packs to ensure you receive your order with no heat damage. This will incur a handling fee applied to your order.
