Not surprisingly I started to have trouble sleeping, for the first time in my life I doubted my own self worth professionally and personally, and I began to feel myself slide down into a hole of anxiety and depression. That's when I realized that in order to be a good mom, wife, daughter, and friend, I needed to take care of myself and be better. That's why Tony and I started Doppeltree.
