About Purple Potions

Hi I'm Jordan, the founder of Purple Potions. I started Purple Potions because of my love for coffee, matcha, and the Filipino culture. I noticed the lack of Filipino flavors in places that I love including coffee and matcha cafes. Ube is a purple yam native to the Philippines and it has become a viral trend for its purple color and delicious flavor that pairs well with matcha and coffee. However, many large companies sell ube that either does not contain ube, or just does not taste anything like ube. Part of my goal of starting Purple Potions is to share the true flavor of ube, no matter how you decide to use it! I hope that ube is represented and shared with the world in the most authentically Filipino way and that you enjoy it as an adventurous way to taste Filipino flavors.
