About Charlie's Mustard, LLC

Charlie's Mustard, LLC effectively started on January 1, 2019. It was on that day that I made a special mustard sauce for a New Years Ham dinner. To say the sauce was a big hit would be an understatement. From there, small batches where made and given as gifts. This sauce is marketed now as Original Mustard Sauce. Interest continued to grow and I added some spices to that including Tarragon, Simon & Garfunkel (Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme), Dill and others. We began to market at farmer's markets in the Dallas Texas area and interest continued to grow. We added a line of more traditional mustards with interesting flavors such as Roasted Garlic, Vidalia Onion, Beer, Bacon, Jalapeno, Horseradish and others. All of our mustards and mustard sauces are made with only "real" food in small minimally processed batches. We take pride in producing only the finest mustards and mustard sauces.
