About Eclipse Organics

Hello! I’m Brett from Eclipse Organics and I want to share the story of how Eclipse Organics was created. I was born and raised in Australia, but I lived and worked in Europe for ten years. After arriving in Europe, I learned that the French and Italians don’t eat Muesli for breakfast as I did back home in Australia. I realised I would have to make my own Organic Muesli or go without. So my first Organic Muesli creations were born and became my breakfast staple for the next decade. When the time came for a change, I moved home to Australia. In my first week back, I ran into Jonny, a great friend from my past, and we picked up our friendship where we left off. We ate Muesli from local stores, but our taste buds had been spoilt. Also, store-bought Muesli was different from what we were making at home. We realised there was a place for an Australian Muesli, made without compromise and loaded with quality organic ingredients. Jonny’s attention to detail came together with my creative talents. So we became a team and created our first Organic Muesli, and Eclipse Organics was born. Since then, we have developed many new flavours of Muesli to satisfy a range of appetites. As Eclipse Organics grew, customers started to tell us what products they wanted to see. So we started developing Herb and Spice Blends and Healthy Snack Bars. They have been such a hit with our customers. This is so satisfying for the Eclipse Crew.
