We started off making sunscreen just for our selves in 2017 because we didn't want to put harmful chemicals on our sensitive skin or into the ocean. We wanted a sunscreen that works well especially in the water, is good for people and the planet, and doesn't turn us zombie white. Over the years, we kept experimenting and tweaking our formula using some unique, wholesome ingredients, and our friends started saying we should sell this stuff because its so freaking good. So we met with experts, including dermatologists, herbalists, nutritionists and wholistic health professionals and completed all the necessary testing before we finally launched our original formula to the world. We like to say we make consciously curated products. We believe that if you're going to buy products then you should get ones that do the most good for you and for the planet.
