ONCE UPON A TIME… In a galaxy far, far away visionary creative Rebecca Russell-Turner fashion lecturer, designer, artist, stylist, and yoga teacher decided to put all of her talents in one pot and created pop yoga which later became YUNG CLUB. Rebecca fixated on experiences rather than physical products that harm and block up the world's ecosystem. Fast fashion was her enemy and so art became her friend so she curated encounters until she could develop products that helped rather than hurt our environments. Rebecca moved to Sri Lanka in January 2020 to work with the academy of design, which pioneered sustainability, entrepreneurialism, and education. During the enforced lockdown in Colombo, she sourced fabrics that are made from recycled bottles and created the microcapsule sea suit collection, sea goddess.
