About Sassy Mustard

One Christmas, many years ago, I was a newlywed on a budget in need of an affordable gift for friends and family. I began working on a recipe to create a delicious mustard that could do just about anything! As the years passed by, and our friends and family grew, so did the number of Christmas Mustard gifts. It became more popular and I started getting sad pictures of empty mustard containers and notes on how long they had made it last. I often found myself making refill batches. Sassy Mustard brings an attitude to any food you can think of. It’s excellent on sandwiches, a perfect accompaniment to any meat, whether on a sandwich or plate. For those who grill or smoke meat, it is often spread on the meat before the dry rub is applied. The mustard keeps the dry rub on during cooking and gives a wonderful flavor!
