Hi sorry to hear you had problems with UPS deliveries. Unfortunately Brexit has caused a lot of issues with customs and charges. As regards buckles? Not sure what you mean as these clogs have screw studs and not buckles. Im interested as have had no complaints to date regarding them. The guide book and tool supplied with the clogs usually gives all the necessary information they are very easy to put together. And our clients love the versatility as they are also adjustable.
