We are Sebastian and Benny from Hamburg. We want to make tea easy and more sustainable. The tea blobs are ground and pressed organic tea. The tea blobs are simply added to approx. 200 ml of hot water at 100°. After a few moments (between 10-30s depending on the variety), they have dissolved, now you just have to stir them around, the suspended matter settles and the delicious tea is ready.
