About StudioKollisions

StudioKollisions was founded in 2020 by Mixed-Media/Visual Artist, Sam Kins. StudioKollisions is composed of works created within a collection of local ATX art studios and creative spaces. My abstract, figurative works include hand-painted ceramics, colorful mixed-media paintings, and sketch-based works on paper/canvas. I offer limited-edition prints of my works on paper/canvas ranging in size from 4”x6” to 12”x18”. Hand-carved block-print original designs are printed onto natural fabrics and paper originals. My handmade ceramics are adorned with hand-painted or carved designs that cohesively accompany my paintings. Designs and collections are heavily inspired by local figure drawing sessions I attend and host. I compliment and accompany my more exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces by creating a wide range of trinkets and other small-scale ceramic/printed keepsakes such as magnets, charms, jewelry, and figurines based on my original designs.
