I have been growing food for the honeybees in the Catskill Mountains for 20 years. Focusing on medicinal , endangered specie plants that are disappearing in the wild. In 2014 I started honeybee herbs where I combine our honeybee produce and organically grown herbs into herbal remedies for the body, mind and spirit.I am a natural beekeeper, meaning I do not treat our hives with harmful chemicals and I let our bees swarm into the Catskill Mountain wild forest.All of our Herbs are solar dried and formulated into teas, elixirs, tinctures, tonics and healing salves.I have been studying plant medicine for 24 years and continue my education on Apitherapy and herbal remedies with accredited colleges and teachers. I am a bee teacher ,offering classes on my farm and accepting students that want to study on their land as well. Our bees are non treated , organic mutts . Read their story
