About La Casa di Frida

La Casa di Frida is a declaration of love for Mexico, for its colors, for its artisans, for its native pride. Born over 20 years ago following a trip to Chiapas, this adventure has taken us around Mexico (and Guatemala), discovering local artisanal traditions, so varied and so rich in history and culture. It has been, and continues to be, an exciting experience that has enriched us spiritually and made us feel part of a world perhaps in the process of disappearing, certainly undergoing renewal. We will try, in our small way, including through our shop in Rome, to delay the disappearance of ancient knowledge and to give visibility to the new creations of a proud and courageous people, and we hope to have you by our side on this path.Read their story
