Our mission? Revolutionize seasoning! Since 2017, Purespice has made it its mission to bring the world of liquid spice extracts to Europe and thus revolutionize the spice market. The journey began back then on a vacation in Bangkok: Holger, one of our three founders, gained a deep insight into local cuisine and learned that the key to intense seasoning lies in a liquid extract. Since then, we have been turning the most popular spices into liquid form using steam extraction and refining hot and cold dishes, desserts, dressings, sauces and drinks with great success.
