About Chef Flaco's Gourmet Foods

Chef Flaco's journey begins in Austin, Texas where our founder graduated culinary school with honors and then went on to work on the Riverwalk in San Antonio where he learned his passion for Latin style cuisine. Fast forward years later and Chef Flaco created his first salsa recipe during a brainstorm to add pizazz to his diners eating experience. He then marketed his products at local farmers markets, local gift shops, and went on to win awards for his delicious products. The crown jewel of his repertoire is his new gourmet small batch hot sauce line called Wicked Provisions.
