BHB has been great to work with. The sweet potato waffle bites are a big hit! They were very quick to resolve a small issue and the communication has been terrific. Will definitely buy from them again!

I've had a really great experience with Big Head Barkery! All of the products look exactly as advertised (actually cuter as I didn't realize they came packaged - that was a pleasant surprise!) I purchased the large pretzels, s'mores and sweet potato waffle bites and they all sold out SO fast! Great customer service as well - I highly recommend this brand!

I’m pretty disappointed. I ordered these treats back in July and they all now have mold on them. I am out so much inventory and money now! I don’t trust her products and the quality is and basic baking knowledge is lacking. Clearly no preservatives were used and that is dog treat making 101. She also violated Faires’ policy about selling shelf stable products that have a six month life. I pre-ordered holiday treats and I am gonna have to cancel them because I don’t trust them at all.
