Our ultra-gourmet culinary aids, adapted to a plant-based diet (but not only), invite you to convivial moments as an aperitif, at dinner or on the go. Founded in August 2019, Pique Assiettes is a brand of the Alélor company. This family SME based in Alsace has specialized in the manufacture of condiments since 1873. In response to the emergence of the Organic movement in the 1980s, the company quickly proposed organic alternative solutions. This expertise of more than 30 years in selecting the best organic condiments allows us today to guarantee gourmet, healthy and quality products. Our location in Alsace guarantees us a central position in the heart of Europe, within easy reach of the best know-how of France and Germany. During various trips, meetings and discoveries, we have forged strong links with farmers and producers on one side or the other of the border. These exchanges are the result of partnerships that have lasted for 25 years, some of which have lasted for 25 years, to supply us with raw materials as locally as possible.Read their story
