About Blue Intentions

Lourdes is a mom of two, a business administrator, a Podcaster, a crocheter, a candle maker, a baker, and a constant creator who wants to spread love world. How and Why Blue Intentions was created. When my youngest daughter was born, I was 41 years old, 4 months later I was diagnosed with Postpartum Depression. I went to therapy once a week for a year and learned how to be intentional, starting with my breath, cooking, time, passions, and purpose in life. For the first time in my life, I started paying attention to what my body was trying to tell me. I had to quiet the noise of the world and sit still to listen to my inner voice, which was screaming for help. I took six months of weekly classes for Personal Coaches and practiced many tools to dig deep into our values and purpose and how to live by them. This whole process took time, dedication, and intention! 24/7 Intention! It has been the most important thing I have ever done for myself, my family, and everyone around me. I am Very Intentional with everything I do, listen, say, and consume. All these things influence our behavior and decisions (otherwise, marketing wouldn't be a thing)...
